Innovation is an inexhaustible source of national progress and social development, is the driving force of economic development, is an important power source enterprise survival and development.For an enterprise, If you want to succeed in survival and development, it can not do without innovative thinking, which means we can not stop all kinds of innovation. Fifth Plenary Session of 18 th CCP clearly bring about the five development philosophy- "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing", where "innovation" in the first row. Domestic scholars have begun to set off on the "innovative" research boom.March 5, 2016, President of the People's Republic of China,Xi Jinping speech at the second session of the Fourth Session of the National People's Congress re-emphasized the importance of innovation.Employee, as one important part of enterprise, is the actual issuer and executor and the major source of business innovation. Organizational trust of enterprise employees as an employee psychological problem,also has lots of concern. This concept has attracted enormous academic attention since it is introduced into the field of management science. Many scholars have discussed on the relationship between organizational trust and innovative behavior among employees.Since the 1990 s, with the rapid development of global information technology, economic globalization, the globalization of information, along comes the era of the knowledge economy. Knowledge management has become one of the most focused problems during the development of management theory and practice in 20 th century. Knowledge sharing,as part,plays an more important role than other parts.This paper introduces knowledge sharing into the discussion of organization trust and innovative behavior of employees while seeing organization trust as a starting point, studies the mechanism of how organizations trust influences knowledge sharing, and ultimately explore its impact on innovation behavior of employees.Firstly, we organizational trust, knowledge sharing and employee innovative behavior to sort out the relevant literature, draws more mature at home and abroad related research, develop organizational trust, knowledge sharing and employee innovative behaviors initial questionnaire.The paper firstly does a literature review on organization trust, knowledge sharing and innovation behavior, which refers to some mature research results from both domestic and foreign academic field. On this base, we established a initial scale of organizational trust, knowledge sharing and innovative behavior of employees. Then, we use a small sample survey analysis to test the reliability and validity of the scale, and according to the test results,we do some necessary amendments to the initial scale to meet the requirements. After this, using SPSS and AMOS software, we do a relation test regression analysis organizational trust, knowledge sharing and innovation behavior as well as a mediating effect test of knowledge sharing. We also use structural equation model to verify the results above.and build an model of inter-dimensional variables.Finally, based on statistical analysis, we test the hypotheses, and make further recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are: organizational trust has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing; knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on innovation behavior; organizational trust does not significantly play a direct effect on the innovative behavior, but through the progress of knowledge sharing, that means knowledge sharing play a total mediator role.
