Research On Value Assessment Of Big Data Enterprises Based On Resource Pool

With the development of information technology,the amount of data generated in human production and life has grown exponentially,and the big data industry has emerged.Since 2012,the term "big data" has been mentioned more and more times,and big data applications emerge in endlessly.Big data can be used for market demand analysis,production process optimization,supply chain and logistics management in many industries,which not only expands the target market of large data enterprises,but also promotes the development of large data industry.With the continuous development of big data industry,more and more economic activities need to evaluate the value of enterprises.There are many differences between big data enterprises and traditional enter:prises.Applying existing enterprise value assessment methods to large data enterprises will lead to large deviations in the evaluation results,which will restrict the investment,financing and merger activities of large data enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to explore more effective methods for large data enterprises' value assessment.On the basis of reviewing the literature of enterprise value evaluation at home and abroad,this paper firstly makes a detailed analysis of the theory of enterprise value evaluation and resource pool,and summarizes the characteristics and related methods of enterprise value evaluation as well as the construction method of resource pool.On this basis,this paper summarizes the characteristics of large data enterprises,and chooses market approach as the method of value evaluation of large data enterprises according to the characteristics of large data enterprises and the applicable conditions of four methods of enterprise value evaluation.However,the market approach still has some limitations.In order to obtain more scientific and objective evaluation results,this paper improves the market approach by taking value assessment as the object,using multi-dimensional index system to replace the previous single value assessment,so that the value assessment can reflect the real situation of enterprises from multiple levels.Finally,the improved value assessment model is applied to the actual big data enterprise value evaluation.Compared with the traditional market method,the improved market approach evaluation results are closer to the actual value of the enterprise.Its value assessment model can reflect the value of the enterprise to be evaluated more comprehensively and objectively.The model has a certain practical significance.This paper optimizes the value evaluation method of big data enterprises,enriches the value evaluation theory of big data enterprises,and provides help and reference for business activities of enterprises.
