Research On The Influence Of Rural Logisticsin Sichuan Province On Rural Residents’ Income And Consumption

With the continuous advancement of the construction of new rural areas,the rural agricultural economy in Sichuan Province has also continued to develop,and the living standards of rural residents have also increased.The demand for rural logistics by rural residents has also increased.However,at present,the development level of rural logistics in Sichuan Province and the current growth rate of rural economy are not matched.This has become an important factor restricting the economic development of rural areas in Sichuan Province and the improvement of living standards of rural residents.Mainly manifested in: rural logistics infrastructure construction is backward,restricted by the natural environment,wide distribution and small scale,and uneven development between regions.These factors have greatly hindered the further development of rural logistics in Sichuan Province,and also caused a certain degree of hindrance to the increase in the income and consumption level of rural residents in Sichuan Province.This paper adopts the rural freight turnover of Sichuan Province from2000 to 2016,the rural transportation,warehousing,the total value of postal and telecommunications industry,the amount of rural fixed assets investment,the number of rural resident population at the end of the year,and the per capita net income of rural households in Sichuan Province.The statistics of per capita consumption expenditure of households are tested by co-integration analysis and VAR model.Finally,the paper obtains the impulse response function graph of each variable,and obtains the factors of rural residents’ income through variance decomposition.And the degree of interpretation of the level of consumption.The empirical results show that the development of rural logistics is conducive to raising the income of rural residents,and the development of rural logistics is conducive to promoting rural residents’ consumption.In view of the current situation of rural logistics development in Sichuan Province,it is recommended that the government increase its propaganda efforts to improve the logistics awareness of rural grassroots workers;strengthen the level of rural logistics infrastructure construction,build an efficient and extensive rural logistics network;promote the construction of rural logistics information service platform,and promote New rural logistics technology;innovative rural logistics operation mode,training rural logistics talents,strengthening agricultural product quality supervision,and timely issuing various supporting policies to promote the healthy development of rural logistics in Sichuan Province and create a good environment for the improvement of rural residents’ income and consumption levels.Environment and conditions.
