Research On The Development Of Home Appliances Extension Guarantee Insurance

Extended warranty insurance originated in the United States and was gradually introduced to China in 2006.The enterprises that began to introduce it were mainly manufacturing enterprises.In developed countries of Europe and the United States,extended warranty insurance has a huge scale after more than 40 years of development,and consumers have a strong awareness of insurance.Compared with foreign countries,domestic extended warranty insurance has great potential for development,but consumers' awareness of the insurance is relatively low,so the purchase rate of extended warranty insurance is difficult to reach the level of developed countries.At present,there are tens of billions of yuan of extended warranty insurance market in the field of household appliances every year,but there is still a big gap compared with developed countries.The extended warranty insurance of household appliances has gradually become competitive in the market.More and more household appliances enterprises begin to attach importance to and participate in it.Haier enterprise is the leader in the household appliances industry.It develops early in extending the warranty insurance service,and gives full play to its advantages to establish the extended insurance provider of manufacturing mode.The purpose of this paper is to sort out the basic principles of extended warranty insurance through the study of Haier's extended warranty insurance process and mode,so as to analyze the development status and problems of extended warranty insurance in China.In recent years,the brand propaganda and service concept of extended warranty insurance in China has not formed norms and characteristics.There are still many disputes about the definition of the nature of extended warranty insurance.Market supervision and laws and regulations need to be improved,and regional standards are not uniform.On this basis,this paper studies and analyses extended warranty insurance in China,finds out the reasons and puts forward development strategies.Important influence and far-reaching significance.This article mainly has five parts.The first part introduces Haier's extended warranty insurance cases;the second part analyses the extended insurance sales,service delivery,regulatory and standardized services,that is,the extended warranty insurance sales,services,supervision and other aspects;the third part introduces the current situation of the development of extended warranty insurance in China and the problems encountered,including consumers' right to extend the warranty insurance.The fourth part mainly introduces the development status and successful experience of extended warranty insurance in foreign countries,thus summarizes the aspects that need to be used for reference in extended warranty insurance in China.In the fifth part,based on the problems,reasons and successful experiences abroad,the author puts forward the development countermeasures of extending warranty insurance in China,which are embodied in five aspects: strengthening the promotion of extended warranty insurance,improving product design ability,improving service process management,establishing independent compensation system and strengthening supervision and management.
