Research On Improvement Of Subsidy Mechanism Of China's Waste Appliance Disposal

With the increase in consumer demand for ordinary consumers,the types and number of household appliances are also increasing year by year,and the disposal of used household appliances becomes an inevitable resource and environmental issue.At this stage,the main force for the recycling of discarded household appliances in China is still floating merchants.The mobile merchants have a strong profitability and poor controllability,and they can't put an end to unauthorized dismantling.The article studies China's current subsidy mechanism for discarded home appliances.The study found that when the fund subsidy mechanism was designed,it established the basic idea of subsidizing the downstream processing links and then driving the upstream recycling work.Under such a subsidy mechanism,it is difficult for the floating traders who are the main bodies for recycling in China to automatically withdraw from the stage of history,and to compete with mobile dealers for controllable recycling channels.It is suggested that the adjustment of the subsidy mechanism should be changed from the direct supplemental processing companies to the direct supplemental manufacturing enterprises.Research on the participation of manufacturing companies in the recycling of discarded home appliances.First of all,under the current fund system,manufacturing companies participate in the recycling evaluation,and found that manufacturing companies involved in recycling,their profits are not guaranteed,but the participation of manufacturing companies in the recycling of social benefits and consumer interests are very good protection.Therefore,the prospects for the participation of manufacturing companies in recycling are very clear.It is only necessary to properly improve the subsidy mechanism so that manufacturing companies can participate in the recycling of used home appliances.Then,a strategic study was conducted on the participation of manufacturing companies in the recycling of discarded home appliances.Consumers are categorized according to three different situations,constructing new demand functions for new products and solving optimal business strategies for manufacturing companies.Through the analysis of the numerical simulation results,it is found that when manufacturing companies recycle waste appliances and receive recycling subsidies,their profits increase significantly.Subsidizing the manufacturing companies involved in recycling can effectively control the flow of goods from discarded household appliances and significantly increase the effectiveness of subsidy funds.
