Under the backgroxmd that consumption has become the most important factor driving Chinas GDP,increasing financial support for consumption is related to China)s economic growth,and is also the main development direction of commercial Banks' future business.In this context,this paper takes the development of consumer credit business of ZT rural Banks as the research object.First of all,this paper points out the research background and significance of this paper,and reviews the connotation,function and development path of consumer finance,consumer finance to support the development of the real economy and consumer finance and commercial banking business transformation and other existing literature.Based on the theory of consumer finance and the theory of asset management of commercial Banks,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis for commercial Banks to develop consumer credit business.In addition,by combining the development process and characteristics of the consumer credit market in China and the United States as well as the macroeconomic and financial situation in China,this paper obtained the necessity and feasibility of commercial Banks to develop consumer credit business from the perspective of practice.On the premise of the above theoretical analysis,this paper takes the data of ZT rural Banks from 2016 to 2018 as an example to review the credit business development of ZT rural Banks in terms of credit types and sizes,non-performing loans and various loan interest rates.Our research shows that the development of high frequency,small amount,scattered,low interest rate sensitivity,relatively controllable risks of consumer credit business is the inevitable trend of ZT rural Banks to expand business,reduce adverse risks,and improve the profitability of banks.Based on this,according to the current situation and existing problems of the credit business of ZT rural banks,and referring to STP strategy and 7P marketing strategy,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as developing supply chain consumer credit,opening up the blue ocean of rural consumer credit,fully integrating into Internet finance,and implementing consumer loan use.This will have a strong practical guiding significance for the future business development of village Banks such as ZT bank.
