Study On The Added Value Rate Of Yunnan Manufacturing Industry

In the early stage,this paper studied the industrial added value rate of the manufacturing industry in Yunnan province and found that the industrial added value rate had a declining trend in recent years,while the industrial added value rate reflected the level of intermediate material consumption and represented the overall economic quality and benefit.The low industrial added value rate of Yunnan province indicated that the intermediate consumption was too large and the efficiency was low.Under the new era,the developed countries pay more attention to the development of manufacturing industry,to strengthen their own advantages,such as India and other emerging countries rely on resources and labor advantages,such as the production of products is also in our country has formed a certain threat,division of labor and globalization makes our country at a disadvantage in the value chain,manufacturing industry faces a severe test.It is helpful to improve the added value rate by studying the added value rate and analyzing its influencing factors.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly including the research background and significance,research content and methods,research innovation and deficiencies and domestic and foreign literature review.The second chapter is the basic theory and mechanism analysis,mainly introduces the technical factor and the increment rate change,the capital factor and the increment rate change,as well as the scale factor and the increment rate change.The third chapter is the analysis of the added value rate of Yunnan manufacturing industry.Through data analysis,it finds out that the manufacturing industry in Yunnan province has a weak profitability,the added value of manufacturing industry has been declining year by year,and its proportion in China's top 500 manufacturing industries is too low.According to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)to the classification of manufacturing,according to technology intensive industry of manufacturing can be divided into four,respectively is low technology industries,low and medium technology industries,medium and high technology industries and high technology industries,all of them were analyzed,and the changes of industrial added value of found these four industries with drop in industrial added value rate is basically stable,low and medium intensity industries,medium and high technology intensity and high technology intensity industries' industrial added value rate of the overall level is low.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the added value rate of manufacturing industry in Yunnan province.Based on the data of manufacturing industry in recent years in Yunnan province,industrial added value rate as the dependent variable,the funds for scientific research and experimental development and the ratio of the main business income,overall labour productivity,total assets contribution,turnover of current assets,value preservation and appreciation rate of capital and manufacturing industry output value proportion as independent variables,then do the empirical research.Through the empirical results,found that in addition to the two factors of current asset turnover and the proportion of output value of manufacturing industry,the other four factors are positively correlated with the added value rate.Moreover,it is found that the funds for scientific research and experimental development and the turnover rate of current assets have a great impact on the added value rate,indicating that increasing the intensity of scientific research input and improving the turnover rate of current assets play a very important role in improving the industrial added value rate.The fifth chapter according to the fourth chapter's empirical results and the actual situation of manufacturing industry in Yunnan province,puts forward improving manufacturing industrial added value rate's suggestions,mainly from the increased investment in research and development,improve the turnover rate of current assets,a variety of ways to introduce and cultivate talents,and give full play to the role of the "Internet +" this few aspects to discuss.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
