Under the background of the formation and development of the global value chain division of labor system, the world economy has been changing gradually, that made the intermediate products trade more frequently and led to the trade interests of double-counting. The paper has analyzed firstly the advantage of the added value of trade index compared with the traditional trade statistics. And then, on the basis of the added value of statistical method, the added value of exports calculation model has been constructed in the paper. This paper also has estimated the added value in exports of China’s overall manufacturing industry to the United States by using of input-output table of China from 1995 to 2011 in the database world. The results showed that (1)the trade interests what’s the China’s manufacturing industry get reflects on the growth of the added value of export in Sino-U. S. trade year by year. Excluding export expansion effect, we conclude that the rate of added value in export has been in the [40%,50%] and it is difficult to rapidly increase in the short term. (2)In 14 segments of manufacturing industry, the electronic instrument manufacturing industry mainly depends on the expansion of exports to achieve the interests of the trade, export value-added capacity and international competitiveness should be improved. The export value rate of transportation equipment manufacturing accounts for the second, has relatively high trade profit ability and obtains larger export trade interests,so it should be encouraged to export. (3)ln dynamic VAR impulse response functions analysis, the factors that affect the export trade interests impact is positive to begin with. When those factors increase a unit standard deviation, manufacturing labor productivity, economy of scale, the biggest impact degree of vertical specialization on trade interests were 5.5%, 2.9% and 5.6%, respectively. (4)And then examines the variables affecting China’s export trade interest, in the long run we find that the effect degree of variable vertical specialization is much higher than that of other variables, The rest is in turn:the labor productivity and economies of scale in manufacturing industry. However, the contrary is the case in the short run.
