Research On Proiect Schedule Improvement And Control Of Telecom Cloud Computing Business Scheduling System

Since the 13th five-year plan of the ministry of industry and information technology of the People’s Republic of China on cloud computing,cloud computing,as a new technology industry cultivated by the state,has been developing in full swing.After several years of layout,BAT and other enterprises took advantage of the trend to build their own data centers and realized IDC interworking,traffic scheduling,export disaster preparedness and optimal selection relying on the leased operator network,and gradually provided the unified service capacity of the whole network.This has posed new challenges to the business development of telecom operators’ cloud computing and IDC.In order to ensure the sustainable development of telecom business and steadily increase market share,it is urgent to build a cloud computing business scheduling management system.However,how to deliver the proj ect on time is a test of proj ect schedule management.This paper takes the project of telecom telecom cloud computing service scheduling management system as a practical case to study the application of schedule management.Firstly,the organizational structure and service scenarios of the system are introduced.After understanding the status quo of the project progress,the factors affecting the progress are identified by brainstorming method,and the identified factors are evaluated and analyzed by mathematical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In order to improve the original progress,make a new schedule,WBS was used to decompose the activities and sub-activities of the project,the time of each activity was estimated by using the planning review technology,the critical path of the project progress was obtained by combining AOA network diagram and network time parameters,and then the critical path was optimized by compressing the activity time and reducing the security time through the key chain technology.Finally,the paper proposes to manage the project information tracking,resources,costs and contract collaborative schedule,and proposes the schedule change process when the project is changed,so as to propose the corresponding management and control measures.Telecom cloud computing business scheduling management system is an important project based on the national key development of cloud computing,operator network reconstruction,and new business operation mode.The study on the progress management of this project is helpful to provide substantive reference for similar cloud computing projects in the future.
