Transrormation Research Based On Cloud Computing Model For It Operation Management Of Telecom Operators

The coming mobile interconnecting generation is creating a more complex and steric eco system for telecom operators, which provides more comprehensive challenge and opportunity. This situation requires mobile operators to position themselves sharply in the value chain and make agile and effective transformation in order to reverse their weakness and achieve competition advantage and opportunity. Under the environment of business strategy transformation, as one of the enterprises key competitive, IT operation management is facing higher level requirements of standardization, service enablement, intelligence and agility. The purpose is to assure the synchronized IT support during business transformation. Therefore, IT operations management needs to transform as well. Cloud computing model has become a hot topic in the current industry and it meets the needs of this IT operations transformation. Based on the Cloud computing model and focused on telecom operators, this paper studies IT operations management transformation and provide solutions of constructing cloud services systems.The paper first studies the related theories, models and best practices of Cloud computing fields, in order to set foundations of the case study. Secondly, the paper analyses the problem, directions and needs faced by the IT operation management of telecom operators. After digging into the business context, the paper analyses the necessity and concludes the major needs of IT operation transformation, which leads to the plan of the following transformation journey. Thirdly, as the core of this paper, it provides solid analysis and plan by conducting analyses on transformation readiness to identify transformation directions, then evaluating the Cloud service system from several perspectives to plan a completed solution and design the details. At last, this paper provides the final implementation plan of Cloud service operation management system, incl. implementation target, procedures, difficulties and key point analysis etc. This implementation plan will ensure the cloud services operating management system to be deployed in a solid and orderly pace.
