Research On Quality Management Application Of Henan Unicom 4G Mobile Communication Network Optimizing Project

Driven by the strategy of national network power,the rapid deployment of 4G wireless network has long lagged behind the quality management of all links in the process of construction and maintenance.After 2015,with the rapid development of mobile Internet business,the annual growth rate of mobile network business is more than 120%,and the network pressure continues to rise.Therefore,network quality improvement has become a prominent problem in network optimization,and the quality management of 4G wireless communication network optimization project needs to be improved urgently.Through the research of project quality management theory and the application of research results,this paper guides the development of Henan Unicorn's 4G network optimization project management.Through the systematic summary of the practice results,a set of quality management methods suitable for such optimization projects are found,which are applied to the construction and maintenance of wireless network planning.This paper guides and concludes the development of practical activities from four dimensions of project quality planning,assurance,control and evaluation.This paper clarifies the purpose,significance and content of the research,reviews the development process of quality management,studies the basic theory and principles of project quality management,and strictly follows the quality management process and principles to carry out practical work.Especially,through quality management,an integrated whole-life management process of network planning,construction,maintenance,coordination and department linkage is established,and the histogram of quality management tools is used.Effectively carry out quality control work such as fishbone chart and arrow chart,and achieve good results.
