Analysis Of The Influencing Factors Of The R&D Performance Difference Between State-owned Enterprises And Private Enterprises

This paper takes China's A-share listed companies as a sample,empirically tests the differences between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises by analyzing the factors affecting the R&D performance of enterprises,and analyzes the factors that distinguish the R&D performance between China's state-owned enterprises and private enterprises at this stage.A preliminary analysis of its causes.The full text is divided into five parts.First,the introduction outlines the reasons and significance of the topic,the scope of the research and the purpose of the research,the research framework,the definition of related concepts,the innovations,deficiencies and future research directions of this paper.In the second part,the research background and related literature are expounded.The third part constructs the basic methods of enterprise R&D performance evaluation and some factors that may affect the R&D performance of enterprises.The fourth part is the empirical test.Based on the sample of China's A-share listed companies,the factors affecting the R&D performance of China's enterprises and the differences between these factors in state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are empirically tested,focusing on R&D expenditure and human capital.The correlation between input and firm size and R&D performance,and the differences between state-owned and private companies in these factors.The fifth part is the conclusion.The first is the research conclusion of the factor empirical test that affects the R&D performance of the enterprise:there is a significant correlation between the R&D expenditure and the R&D performance of the enterprise.There is also a significant correlation between the human capital investment and the R&D performance of the enterprise.The scale has no significant correlation with the R&D performance of the enterprise;the second is the comparison between the state-owned enterprises and the private enterprises on these factors.The difference between the two types of enterprises in the R&D expenditure is relatively small,but in some years,the state-owned enterprises and private enterprises The difference in investment in research and development is more significant.There are also significant differences in the investment of human capital between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.In terms of enterprise scale,there are significant differences between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.In the end,it can be concluded that the difference between R&D expenditure and human capital investment between state-owned enterprises and private enterprises is one of the reasons for the difference in R&D performance between the two types of enterprises.Although there are extremely significant differences in the scale of the two types of enterprises,But this difference is not the reason for their differences in research and development performance.
