Research On The Construction Of Performance Evaluation System Of Funds For The Construction Of Basic Regime In X City

Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to build a well-off society in an all-round way,and in accordance with the requirements of the overall national deployment and the spiritual requirements of speeding up the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,governments at all levels have been constantly exploring and improving the administrative and service capabilities of the government,constantly pursuing new management models and policies,and striving to build a new era in accordance with Comrade Xi Jin ping Socialist society with Chinese characteristics has undergone a positive transformation.Innovative management model and policy are also carried out at all levels of government.As an important part of the governance process,the use of funds management has become the key that the government has to pay attention to.Therefore,the construction of the fund performance evaluation system of grass-roots regime construction studied in this paper has been pushed to the forefront of reform.How to use financial funds healthily,efficiently and orderly has become the local government.The important governing foundation of the government has also become an important key for the higher government to assess the performance of the lower government.It is also a key research issue for scholars and academics.As a special central fund enjoyed by the grass-roots government,the construction fund of grass-roots political power has far-reaching significance.In this paper,the balanced scorecard is used as a tool to construct the fund performance evaluation system of grass-roots political power construction.The feasible two-level and three-level indicators are designed to construct a set of fund performance evaluation index system of grass-roots political power construction.The designed index system is applied to the grass-roots government under the jurisdiction of X city to evaluate the fund performance for grass-roots political power construction,collect and analyze the feedback data,so as to further improve and improve the performance evaluation system for grass-roots government in the future,and provide useful reference for the use of funds and fund management.
