Research On The Evaluation Of Smart City Construction In China

The construction of smart city is the product of the deep integration of urbanization and informatization,and the direction of future urban development.China has promoted the construction of smart cities to the level of national strategy in 2014.The construction of smart cities across the country has been in full swing.Scientific evaluation of China's smart city development level is helpful for the development of smart city planning and construction policy in China and to strengthen the supervision and guidance of China's smart city construction.It has become an urgent problem to be solved that how to accurately and timely understand the real needs of smart city construction,define the goal of smart city construction,form the mechanism of sustainable development of smart city,and how to formulate a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system that conforms to market demand and the spirit of the times.On the one hand,this paper draws on the research results of "smart city index system" at home and abroad,and selects 10 evaluation index systems at home and abroad.Combine these twenty systems as one.On the other hand,collect all sorts of data through visiting both government websites and company websites and use these data as samples to take the correlation test,reliability test and weight calculation.Next,standardizing these data,using fuzzy set theory for index selection,and according to the theory of DPSIR,classifying the indexes,thus,simplifying the system,generating indicators systems.Additionally,using BP neural network to determine the indicator's weight.Through the researching work above,this article finally established an Assessment which is combined from 3 level,5 aspects and 31 indexes.In the end.18 sample cities were selected for evaluation and analysis of smart city indicators.According to the analysis results,put forward"new smart city" construction,strengthen the informationization development network infrastructure,strengthening the "smart city" high-end talent and cadre team construction and develop the wisdom industry countermeasures.It is hoped to have certain reference significance for the construction of smart city.
