Research On Integration Efficiency Evaluation

Since the reform and opening,China's economy has been stable and sustainable development,which provides a solid foundation for the rapid development of various industries.At the same time,we must also consider the issue of innovation and transformation.It is the key to realizing the transformation and upgrading of the industry.Efficiency evaluation can understand the economic strength and competitiveness of the industry,reflect the effects of industry implementation reforms,identify the focus of reforms and provide decisions and recommendations for managers and policy makers.Comprehensive efficiency evaluation not only measures the efficiency value,but also needs to analyze the key factors affecting efficiency to find the improvement space of efficiency,and formulate the efficiency ranking to stimulate the improvement of the evaluation object.Considering the importance and necessity of comprehensive efficiency evaluation,this paper constructs an integrated efficiency evaluation system to comprehensively analyze the efficiency of the evaluation object from three aspects:efficiency measurement,efficiency influence factor analysis and efficiency ranking.The integrated efficiency evaluation system uses Bootstrap DEA for static efficiency analysis and Malmquist productivity index for dynamic efficiency analysis,Based on Bootstrap truncated regression analysis to determine the key factors of efficiency and propose optimization measures,based on the virtual envelope surface and TOPSIS DEA ranking method to develop efficiency rankings and analyze horizontal differences.The purpose of the integrated efficiency evaluation system is to help the evaluation object reflect the effect of the current behavior,explore the efficiency improvement space and stimulate self improvement,and provide a practical and comprehensive efficiency evaluation model for the manager.The integrated system overcomes the statistical defects of the traditional data envelopment analysis(DEA)method,eliminates the dependency between the statistical noise and variable factors in the Tobit model,and avoids the defects of the original efficiency ranking method.In addition,the efficiency evaluation integrated system is not only suitable for large sample size evaluation objects,but also for small sample size objects,which can generate many guide samples to approximate real efficiency values.It is very important to test the rationality of the integrated efficiency evaluation system.For this reason,the article uses 23 hotels with more than three stars in Shandong Province in 2015-2017 as an example to verify its rationality and comprehensively evaluate the efficiency of the hotel industry.Firstly,the Bootstrap DEA is used to measure the efficiency of the hotel statically.The rationality of the method is analyzed and the hotel's corrective efficiency value is analyzed from the overall trend,annual average,scale return and star rating to understand the effectiveness of the hotel industry,and the Malmquist productivity index is used to dynamically analyze the trend of efficiency from a time perspective,and classify star hotels into five different types from the perspective of efficiency:improved efficiency and technological progress,constant efficiency and technological progress,reduced efficiency and technological progress,improved efficiency and technological regression,constant efficiency and technology regression.Secondly,Bootstrap truncated regression analysis method is used to explore the internal and external factors that affect hotel efficiency,and the decisive factors that drive hotel efficiency are star rating,number of employees,number of rooms,original value of fixed assets,net profit,urban per capita GDP,Distance from the train station,hotel operation period,to explore the deep impact of these factors on efficiency and promote the development of optimization strategies;Finally,through the virtual envelope surface and TOPS IS DEA ranking method to detennine the hotel efficiency ranking and analyze the hotel efficiency level Differences,found that benchmark hotels use this as a reference to stimulate their own improvement.
