Investigation And Research On The Supply-side Reform Of Commercial Banks

Deepening the financial supply-side reform is of great strategic significance for the healthy development of China's economy under the new normal and the transformation of the new and old driving forces.Banking is the core of the financial field and occupies an extremely important position in the whole financial field.Commercial banks should be the forerunner of the financial supply-side reform,and help the financial supply-side reform by deepening their own supply-side reform.Based on the existing research on supply-side reform and supply-side reform of commercial banks,this paper takes the A branch of ICBC as an example to analyze the problems existing in the process of supply-side reform of commercial banks in China.Put forward the supply-side structural reform as the main line,in-depth implementation of the "customer-centered" business philosophy and other relevant constructive suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts: The first part is introduction.this part analyzes the research background and significance of this paper,and plans the research contents and research methods;The second part reviews the literature.this part expounds the theoretical basis of supply-side reform and the related research on supply-side reform of commercial banks,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research in this paper;The third part is the present situation of supply-side reform of ICBC A branch.this part chooses the representative case,through the customer and the employee double angle investigation,takes the factor analysis and the structure equation model as the tool,carries on the analysis and the commentary to the ICBC A branch supply side reform;The fourth part is about the problems existing in the supply-side reform of ICBC A branch.Based on questionnaire survey and management interview,this part deeply analyzes the problems existing in the process of supply-side reform of ICBC A branch;The fifth part is the cause of the supply-side reform of ICBC A branch.This part systematically discusses the formation mechanism of supply-side reform of commercial banks from the two aspects of industry environment and internal management;The sixth part discusses the policy recommendations of supply-side reform of commercial banks.this part puts forward constructive suggestions on supply-side reform policy of commercial banks from three aspects: concept,system and strategy.The innovation of this paper lies in the following aspects: first,the innovation of research perspective.In this paper,commercial banks as the main body of supply,from deepening their supply-side reform,for the new era of China's commercial banks reform to provide constructive suggestions,to achieve the innovation of the perspective of research.Second,innovation in research methods.The empirical analysis is added to the case analysis to realize the combinationof the case analysis and the empirical analysis.The two complement each other to make the case analysis more persuasive.
