The slowdown of economic growth and weak domestic and foreign demand have exposed the problems that originally existed in enterprises under the macro-economic environment,therefore,it is particularly important to improve the operation level of supply chain at present.As a leader in pneumatic industry,E Group needs to provide customized products and solutions according to the needs of its customers,because of the particularity of customers,which make it different from other manufacturing enterprises,this paper,based on the current theory and research results,analyses the problems existing in the supply chain of J global production center,and puts forward some feasible optimization plans.It is very important to improve the operation efficiency of supply chain for the J GPC studied in this paper.Firstly,analyze the current situation of the enterprise in the supply chain,then classify the purchasing materials by ABC and XYZ classifications,and select the key purchasing materials.Secondly,forecast the demand by dynamic neural network of each key purchasing materials as the basic data of inventory optimization.Thirdly,use mathematical statistics theory,according to normal distribution,to set up safety stock,which will play an important role in optimizing inventory level in the future continuous work,for every key part conforming to the group strategy.Finally,taking the enterprise as the center in the supply chain,extending to the upstream and downstream,we reach a consensus on both customer management and supplier management to improve the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain.According to the classification of J global production center's sourcing materials,from more than 7000 kinds of outsourcing materials purchased regularly,according to ABC classification method,the ratio of annual consumption to total consumption of outsourcing materials is ranked in descending order.The first 80%is A parts,80%-95%is B parts,and the rest is C parts.According to pneumatic industry characteristics,the XYZ classification method is improved,to classify the outsourcing materials.Two classifications were synthesized,and AX,BX,AY and BY classifications were taken as samples.On the part of demand forecasting,considering the industry characteristics of many customized products,different from traditional quantitative methods,use dynamic neural network and train neural network to make the accuracy of test data more than 95%.The demand forecasting of material consumption affected by non-linear factors.So dynamic neural network has higher accuracy compared with traditional quantitative methods.On part of inventory optimization,according to mathematical statistics theory,what different with previous studies are that the uncertainty of demand is quantified and the uncertainty of supply is quantified,and the two uncertainties are synthesized,as parameters for setting up safety stock,and historical consumption and demand forecasting data are considered comprehensively,so that the setting of safety stock is affected by both historical consumption and forecasting.To eliminate errors caused by inaccurate data on one hand and improve accuracy.Through researching the research sample,comparing the capital occupancy of the two methods of inventory management(after optimization&before optimization),we can see that the optimization can save more than 60%of the occupied funds,fully improving the flow rate of funds,and making the inventory management more scientific and reasonable.Finally,in terms of customer management and supplier management,I comb the unreasonable order confirmation process,and establish the appropriate process plan,which avoids the customer order delay caused by insufficient inventory,and establish a comprehensive supplier performance evaluation system for the current independent supplier evaluation methods of various departments.Consolidate the effect of enterprise self-improvement,and further expand the scope of improvement,so as further improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain.
