The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that “the development of small companies leads to high employment and economic prosperity”,financial support is an important force that stimulates the vitality of small and micro enterprises and boosts its growth.The finance support of financial institutions is crucial to the development of small and micro enterprises.The business demand for micro loans has been relatively strong in China.The state also strongly encourages and supports the micro loan business.The industry is developing very well.The DQ branch of M Commercial Bank is a local small and medium-sized commercial bank serving the local economy,in recent years,its micro-loan business has been declining.The research on the micro-loan business of M commercial bank DQ branch can not only promote it provide better financial services for small and micro companies,invigorate local economy,and can also offer ideas for other small and medium commercial banks to find new profit growth points.Based on the theories of credit rationing theory,information asymmetry theory,transaction cost theory and financial symbiosis theory,the article investigates the business situation of small loans in the DQ branch of M Commercial Bank and analyzes the results of the investigation.It was pointed out that in the micro-loan business of the DQ branch of M Commercial Bank,there are problems such as lack of talents in micro-loan business,insufficient propaganda for the development of micro-loan business,complicated business examination and approval procedures,imperfect risk prevention mechanism,and unscientific organizational structure and evaluation incentive mechanism.The cause of the problem is analyzed in detail.The following five aspects are proposed to improve the micro-loan business of the DQ branch of M Commercial Bank,such as optimizing the micro-loan business marketing strategy,developing policy-type micro-loan business,and promoting the publicity of micro-loan business through multiple channels;Simplifying the examination and approval procedures of micro-loan business,drawing on experience home and abroad,scientific evaluation and analysis of credit decisions;We will improve the organizational structure and assessment mechanism for micro-loans,optimize the organizational structure,and establish a scientific performance appraisal system for credit salesmen;Increase the strength of the micro-loan business talent reserve,the implementation of competitive recruitment and merit-based recruitment,enhance the timeliness and effectiveness of stafftraining;We will strengthen risk prevention,establish risk assessment and prevention departments,and implement joint supervision and post-loan assessment mechanisms.Through the comprehensive implementation of these measures,it can effectively promote the development of the small loan business of the DQ branch of M Commercial Bank.
