Small and micro enterprises are a kind of fund demanders with opaque financial information,irregular management,and lack of collateral.The high risk of small and micro enterprise loans has a fundamental conflict with the business objectives of maximizing bank profits.This internal contradiction has led to imbalance in the supply and demand of funds for small and micro enterprise loan markets.The specific performance is that small and micro enterprises are "financing difficult and expensive".Studying how to solve market imbalances from the perspective of banks is of great significance to the promotion of China's economic development.Rural commercial banks are.deep-rooted financial institutions at the grassroots level,and they are committed to serving the "three rural issues".A large part of the customer base is small and micro enterprise customers.The successful implementation of the small and micro enterprise loan business of rural commercial banks can effectively exert the flexibility of small financial institutions to fill market vacancies and ease the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises.Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank is the country's largest rural commercial bank with the largest assets,and has achieved brilliant results in small and micro business.This paper takes Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank as an example to study its successful experience in dealing with challenges such as high cost of small and micro enterprise loan business,high non-performing loan ratio,inadequate service matching,and fierce competition.It is found that rural commercial banks can implement customer information through Comprehensive management,effective control of risk,creation of differentiated service systems,and selective implementation of off-site operations will enable more effective development of small and micro enterprise loan businesses.At the same time,rural commercial banks should use relational loans as the starting point for formulating the development of small and micro enterprise loan business,build a long-term,highly effective relationship network,grow together and develop together with small and micro enterprises,and realize the expansion of their own small and micro businesses with mutual benefit and win-win results..In practice,rural commercial banks should fully utilize their own grass-roots advantages in order to obtain "soft information" in relational loans in light of China's national conditions and actual conditions,and permeate the actions of "soft information" into various steps and details according to local conditions.Only in this way can we effectively alleviate information asymmetries in the real world and contribute to the reduction of MacMillan deficiencies and credit rationing in the micro-business market.
