With the continuous development of China's economy,the role of private high-tech enterprises can not be ignored.It has already dominated China's high-tech enterprises.This kind of knowledge and technology is highly intensive,especially for talents,especially core technical talents.For private high-tech enterprises with huge demand,how to develop quickly and healthily is crucial.In the long run,equity incentives can be an effective way for enterprises to better attract and stabilize core technical talents,so they are valued by more and more private high-tech enterprises.Although the development of equity incentives in China has been for many years,in the implementation of emerging private high-tech enterprises,the process will still have various problems.Therefore,research on the equity incentives of relevant private high-tech enterprises has certain reference significance for the implementation of equity incentives for private high-tech enterprises in China.This paper takes the form of analysis and research in combination with the theory,and selects the DH company of the private high-tech enterprise as the representative.On the basis of the relevant theoretical basis analysis,the design of the main incentive factors affecting the incentive effect and the current equity incentive in China are A macro analysis of the application situation in high-tech enterprises.Then,using DH company's financial data during the equity incentive period as sample data,from the aspects of business performance,investment level,human capital,and agency capital,analyze the trend of their changes to explore the implementation of DH's two equity incentive plans.In the results of the analysis,this paper finds that DH's equity incentives have indeed improved the company's operating performance.At the same time,comparing the two incentive effects of DH,it is found that there are unreasonable local influences on the design of key incentive elements.The incentive effect.In order to better improve DH's equity incentive plan,this paper puts forward some countermeasure suggestions for the design of incentive elements that DH needs to improve,and hopes to provide some help for DH's future equity incentives.
