Research On The Management Of Cash Flow In As Network

There are still a lot of company managers who have been paying attention to the profit today,which is like opening a car,the profit is like the simultaneous speed table,the cash flow is like the oil in the mailbox.If you just stare at the speed meter on the dashboard,and don't pay enough attention to the oil in the tank,then once it's not enough,then it's not enough.Without oil,the car will stop quickly,and the life of the enterprise will also end.With the continuous development of the society,more and more managers pay attention to the management of cash flow.For the management of an enterprise,it is the most effective method to establish and improve the management system of cash flow in the modern enterprise.In this paper,taking the most representative of the current cash flow crisis LETV as the research object,using the cash flow data,cash management system,current cash flow management status and cash flow table index analysis,the paper puts forward the problems arising from the management of cash flow in the cash flow management.In order to prevent the further deterioration of the cash flow management problem and improve the management of cash flow,some suggestions are put forward to help the development of the LETV in the longer term.Specifically,this article mainly includes:First of all,this paper expounds the related concepts,theoretical knowledge,methods and research status of cash flow management.Secondly,after a brief introduction to the LETV,through the analysis of its financial statements,the paper finds out the poor management of cash flow in the management activities,the high receivables and the short-term debt paying ability in the management of the cash flow management of theLETV.The problem of a substantial decrease in the net cash flow of investment activities,and then using some data analysis and enterprise management methods to analyze the causes of these problems,such as the lack of cash management of operating activities,the slow recovery of accounts receivable,the excessive quota of related transactions,and the excessive investment momentum.Several improvement suggestions are put forward for the problems and reasons.It will be helpful to solve the problem of cash flow if the cash flow budget and cash flow warning mechanism are set up before each year,and the separate department management accounts receivable,the rational investment plan and the reduction of the related party transactions are set up.
