Research On The Quality Of Tourism Experience In Historic District

With the continuous improvement of the cultural quality of Chinese residents and the increasing per capita disposable income,people gradually pay attention to the pursuit of the spiritual world,cultural tourism in this context has been rapid development.As an important urban living historical and cultural heritage,the historical district carries the imprint of the Social historical transformation,gathers the city's most complete historical culture,has the extremely high experience value and the esthetic value,is the very important cultural tourism resource.At present,the historic district has become an important cultural travel business card of the city,is an indispensable stop for urban sightseeing tourism.However,in recent years,there have been many problems in the development of tourism in historical districts,such as homogenization,excessive commercialization,rigid protection of the original culture,and poor experience of visitors.How to dig and display the cultural connotation of historical blocks,improve the quality of tourists ' experience and create a pleasant tourism experience for tourists under the background of experience economy has become an urgent and difficult problem to be solved in the development of tourism in historical districts.Chengdu is a famous historical and cultural city,and Jinli Historical District is a resounding cultural business card in Chengdu,which has important research value.Therefore,this paper selects Jinli Historical district as a case study,and studies the quality of its tourism experience,which is of great significance to the tourism development of Chengdu and similar historical blocks.Based on this background,this paper studies the quality of tourism experience in historic districts from a relatively new perspective,that is,the perspective of cultural imagery.First of all,on the basis of consulting the relevant literatures and interpreting the cultural image content of Jinli block,considering the cultural characteristics of Jin and the characteristics of tourists ' behavior,the evaluation model of tourism experience quality in Jinli Historic District is preliminarily established.Then the questionnaire was distributed on the spot in the Jinli District,and the data were collected,and the factors influencing the quality of tourism experience in the historic district of Jin,analyzed and evaluated by means of exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and IPA analysis.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the guidance of cultural image and tourism experience theory,the factors influencing the quality of tourism experience in historic districts include destination factors and tourists ' own factors,among which the destination factors mainly include aesthetic experience,leisure experience,interactive experience,environmental experience 4 dimensions,a total of 21 indicators.(2)There is a positive correlation between the destination factor,the tourist's own factors and the overall evaluation of the quality of tourism experience.(3)Using regression analysis to obtain the impact of destination factors on the quality of tourism experience,sorting for aesthetic experience > Interactive experience > Leisure experience > environmental experience.(4)Using IPA analysis method,this paper compares and analyzes the importance and actual perception of its influencing factors,obtains the place which needs to be further improved and maintained,and finally puts forward the concrete development strategy according to the 4 dimensions of the destination factor based on the analysis results.
