The historical and cultural blocks as a unique regional of the city and the most characteristic urban commercial leisure space has gradually become an important tourism space,which can provide people historical sense and "place of sense".Butwith the development of leisure economy,there is a great changes of the mind of consumer demand and leisure experience.It makes the commercial leisure space of historical and cultural blocks facing new development demand.Previous studies has made great achievement in the commercial space of historical and cultural blocks.It mainly involves block satisfaction model validation,place attachment effect to tourists shopping satisfaction,commodity preferences.As for the choose of case,Mainly focus on three alleys and seven lanes in Fuzhou,Confucius Temple in Nanjing,Zhongshan Road,in Quanzhou Zhouzhuang,Nanluogu Lane in Beijing etc.However,from the perspective of different stakeholders,There are a few researches focused on the construction of commercial leisure space in historical and cultural blocks.Therefore,this article takes the Longtou community Xiamen Gulangyu as an research object example,firstly,a brief overview of historical and Cultural District in Gulangyu about the commercial development history,then,research on the space practice of the commercial leisure space of the Gulangyu Islet's Longtou community based on the investigation,and combined relevant literature with text planning,spatial practice of the leading role of the government,include policy formulation,planning and Design District,And the guidance of the practice of company,include the commercial atmosphere and commercial choice.Secondly,research on representation of space according to the commercial classification and field survey data.Furthermore,Collecting data about the space description of the Gulangyu Islet commercial leisure travel from 2011 to 2016 from the domestic well-known travel site,through the Rost Content Mining 6 software to analyze tourists' perceived value,mainly about two aspects,which include the practice space under the guidance of the government and the operators under the guidance of the practice of perceived identity.Finally,we compare the difference of the spatial practice of government and enterprises to the representation spatial characteristics perceived by tourists,and diagnose the problems in the production of commercial leisure space in Gulangyu Islet,and put forward corresponding suggestions.In order to provide reference for the optimization and promotion of the commercial leisure space of Chinese historical and cultural blocks,and to enrich and develop the research content of the commercial space of historical and cultural blocks.
