Research On The Socialization Of Tax Service Under Integrating National And Local Taxation Systems

With the development of social economy,the resulting revenue service becomes more and more complex,and it is more and more difficult to meet the increasing demand of taxpayers.Only by promoting the development of the socialization of tax service and expanding the supply channels of tax service can we resolve the contradiction of tax service and build a harmonious relationship between tax collectors and taxpayers.However,within the existing management system,it is impossible for either the State Taxation Bureau or the Local Taxation Bureau to accomplish the Socialization of Tax Service alone.Therefore,only by integrating the resource of the State Taxation Bureau and the Local Taxation Bureau,can we solve the problems.Now the State Taxation Bureau and the Local Taxation Bureau will be integrated,so the revenue service environment will be different.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study on the socialization tax service under integrating national and local taxation system.This paper includes five chapters,and studies the socialization of tax service based on my experience in the State Taxation Bureau.The first chapter briefly introduces the research background and meaning,and summarizes the relative international and national documents.The second chapter mainly introduces the relative theories about the Socialization of Tax Service and the Whole of Government.The third chapter introduces the socialized level of H city tax services in the Inner Mongolia,and also concludes the problems.The fourth chapter summarizes the experience of the socialization of tax service,and analyzes how to promote the socialization of tax service from the perspective of government,social organizations and cooperation.The last chapter gives some suggestions of promoting the socialization of tax service under the background of national and local taxation system integrating.
