| From the perspective of the new public management theory,this paper analyses the problems existing in the taxpayer satisfaction survey of Dalian's state tax system tax service,and seeks solutions from the new public management theory.This paper combines the theory of new public management with the satisfaction survey of Kunming State Tax Taxpayers.Based on the data of the satisfaction survey of Kunming State Tax Service commissioned by the State Administration of Taxation in2017 by the third party State Statistical Bureau,and combined with the problems reflected by the 12366 hotline in peacetime,it adopts the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,literature analysis and investigation research.By combining the methods of comparative analysis,this paper makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the current situation and existing problems of Kunming's taxation service.Including tax service status and existing problems for in-depth and detailed analysis.On this basis,we draw on the useful experience of foreign countries and put forward some suggestions and suggestions on improving Kunming's taxation service.It mainly includes concept and measures.The main aspects of tax service concept are:establishing tax service concept based on the needs of taxpayers;changing the work concept that only pays attention to tax revenue task assessment;introducing entrepreneurship to create personalized tax service concept.The measures are as follows: standardizing tax service standards,improving the standardization of tax service content;improving the information level of tax service means;developing diversified tax service for different taxpayers;strengthening the performance appraisal of tax service,ensuring the guarantee system of tax service;strengthening department collaboration and improving the socialization system of tax service.The purpose of this paper is to guide the practical work and to optimize and improve the tax service of Kunming State Tax Bureau. |
