Research On Xi Jinping's Thoughts On Poverty Alleviation

Xi Jinping's Thought of Poverty Alleviation as an Important Part of Xi Jinping's Socialist Theory with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era,It is not only thickly rooted in the Marxist classics social fairness,the Chinese traditional people-based thinking,but also fully learn from the world's outstanding social development.At the same time,based on the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,we will strategically position ourselves from the goal of realizing the "Chinese Dream" and "Two Hundred and One Hundred Years"for the great rejuvenation and regard the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Proposed a series of pioneering new ideas,new theories and new strategies for poverty alleviation,initially formed a complete system of thinking about helping the poor,and greatly enriched and developed the contemporary theory of Marxist poverty govemance.Profoundly Understanding and Grasping Xi Jinping's Thought of Poverty Alleviation is of Great Theoretical Guidance and Practical Significance to Winning the Off-poverty Battle and Building a Well-off Society in an All-Round Way.The thesis is divided into four parts:First part,from the related concepts of poverty alleviation,this paper discusses the concept of poverty and its criteria,the concept of poverty alleviation and the standard of division,clarifies the key points of poverty and poverty alleviation,and briefly discusses the practical significance of poverty alleviation.This paper argues that helping the poor helps to improve the living conditions of poor people,narrow the development gap between regions and promote the stability and harmony in poor areas.The second part focuses on combing Xi Jinping's theoretical origins and practical basis.This paper argues that the theoretical origins of Xi Jinping's thought of helping the poor include:the social fairness of classical Marxist writers,the people-based thinking of Chinese traditional ideology and culture,the thought of the development of excellent western society.Its practice is based on the practice of socialist construction in our country before the founding of new China and before the reform and opening up and the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics after the reform and opening up.The third part,this part is the key part of this dissertation.It mainly studies the content of Xi Jinping's thought on helping the poor,mainly from the four aspects of the leading core of helping the poor,the basic principle of helping the poor,the essence of helping the poor and the strategic guidance of helping the poor.The fourth part mainly sort out the guiding significance of Xi Jinping's thought of helping the poor.From the theoretical and practical significance of the two aspects of the discussion,This article holds that Xi Jinping's idea of helping the poor is of great theoretical significance for developing the theory of poor governance in Marxism and enriching and perfecting the theoretical system of helping the poor with socialism with Chinese characteristics;At the same time,Xi Jinping's thinking on helping the poor is of great practical significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way and implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country and the cause of international poverty reduction.
