Research On Financing Of Cargo Right Pledge Of Port-Shipping Supply Chain Finance

In recent years,the speed of port development and integration in our country becomes faster and faster.The demand for financing has been gradually developed from that of an individual port-shipping company originally to the demand for financing of a port-shipping supply chain of many port-shipping companies whose work is divided and cooperated,and as the financing mode,to take the cargo right as the pledge object is forming.However,the financing mode of cargo right pledge in port-shipping supply chain finance is still in the initial exploratory stage,can not effectively solve the financing difficulties of port-shipping companies.In view of present situations above,it is very necessary with scientific methods to aim at the research of the financing mode of cargo right pledge in port-shipping supply chain finance,to further solve and improve the path of this financing mode,so as to provide effective suggestions for the port-shipping companies to relieve their financing difficulties.To research the financing of cargo right pledge in the supply chain of port-shipping in this paper:firstly through brief to comb its definition and interpret its present situations and difficulties;Secondly,to construct its Game Analysis Model scientifically with Stackelberg Game Analysis Method,carry out game analysis on this Model and finally obtain the analyzed result of cargo right pledge financing game—the optimal decision of both the bank and port-shipping company.Thirdly,to carry out the simulation verification of the analyzed result of cargo right pledge financing game in this paper,in which a value is assigned to every parameter of the analyzed game result and solve the solution with MATLAB to the simulation verification result—the optimal decisions of each interest subject(the bank and port-shipping companies)in the financing of cargo right pledge in the port-shipping supply chain finance and its relationship of negative correlation,positive correlation and negative correlation with three variables of T(pledge time limit),r(loan interest rate)and ?(credit risk of a port-shipping company),which shows that the credit rating of a port-shipping company and the risk control level of a bank are of great impact in cargo right pledge financing;Finally,as per simulation verifications and combined with actual situations,in order to improve financing of cargo right pledge of port-shipping supply chain finance,two suggestions are put forward in this paper from angles of the credit improvement of a port-shipping company and the risk control level of a bank:(1)Application of Internet New Technology to promote the development of the credibility and integrity of a port-shipping company,firstly,to build up "credit circle" of port-shipping companies with block chain technology and secondly,application of cloud computing technology to establish credit score mechanism for them;(2)Enhancement of the commercial bank's ability of risk management in prevention from goods release without document to strengthen its monitoring of such NVOCC risk and set up its management and review system of cargo right pledge documents.
