Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Business Environment Construction In Liaoning Province

Under the normal conditions,SMEs in China can only passively accept changes in the business environment.The development of small and medium-sized enterprises needs their own positioning and management,as well as the perfection of local government business environment.Good business environment can enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region,in turn,good economic development can feed back the local financial and business environment to further enhance.Therefore,the establishment of a good business environment is of great significance to regional economic development.In recent years,our government from the central government to the local government fully understand the significance of business environment construction,while the local government,especially in the former business environment backward,the loss of the northeast region for business environment more and more attention.This paper intends to analyze the status of business environment construction in Liaoning Province,in-depth discussion of the effectiveness of business environment construction in Liaoning Province and the main problems,from a long-term perspective for the construction of business environment in Liaoning Province put forward countermeasures.Firstly,it introduces the purpose and significance of Liaoning Province's business environment construction,research trends,research contents and research program design.Next,we will focus on the theory of business environment construction and the definition of business environment at home and abroad.Then,it focuses on the current situation of Liaoning business environment construction.Through the analysis of the development basis of the business environment construction in Liaoning Province and the questionnaire survey results of the business environment construction in Liaoning Province,this paper explores the problems existing in the business environment construction in Liaoning Province.And through the countermeasure research of the business environment construction in Liaoning Province,on the basis of defining the goal and train of thought of the business environment construction in Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward the corresponding development countermeasure of the business environment construction in Liaoning Province.Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the Countermeasures for the construction of business environment in Liaoning Province,the fifth part of the paper also studies the corresponding security measures for the construction of business environment in Liaoning Province.
