| Construction machinery serves the basic areas of the country,such as urban and rural construction,national defense construction,environmental protection,water conservancy construction,transportation,energy industry and so on.It has a strong industrial correlation and a huge investment multiplier effect.It has an important basic impact on the national economy.In the past 20 years,the development of construction machinery has experienced many ups and downs.Every stage of the industry development is the result of many factors,such as domestic and foreign politics,economy,policy,technology and capital.On the basis of complex and changeable economy environment,this paper uses Harvard Analytical Framework,takes representative Z Company as the research object,combines the the characteristics and current situation of macroeconomic development and construction machinery industry,bases on the financial data disclosed by Z company from 2013 to 2017,according to the context of strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis,discusses Z company in all aspects.In strategic analysis,the external environment is mainly from macro and industry analysis,while the internal environment is analyzed by SWOT model.In the aspect of accounting analysis,it mainly evaluates the structural analysis of the statement items and choose the items of inventory,accounts receivable and fixed assets which are more important in the statement items to check whether their information disclosure is appropriate,and evaluate the appropriateness of their accounting estimates and the application of accounting policies.In the aspect of financial analysis,the overall management efficiency of Z company is evaluated horizontally and vertically by analyzing the five-year debt repayment,operation and profitability indicators.Finally,on the basis of the above three analyses,the development prospects of the industry and Z company are analyzed,and reasonable suggestions are put forward. |
