Case Analysis On Internal Control Of Monetary Fund In HD Company

With the coming of the global "Internet plus" economy era and China to promoting the"2025 Chinese manufacturing" strategy,Chinese manufacturing enterprises who are in the development of the new economic era will face many challenges and opportunities.In 2015,China's "two special machine"(aero engine and gas turbine)major technology projects have been started,the country's attention on aero engine has reached hitherto unknown degree.In the next 20 years,The country will invest as much as 300 billion Yuan in the field of Aero Engines,China's total demand for aircraft engines will exceed 2.3 trillion Yuan.Therefore,for the aviation manufacturing enterprises who face significant opportunities,will be asked higher requirement on enterprise capital risk control.Internal control is an important tool for enterprises to cope with risks,which can provide certain guarantee for enterprises to operate stably and realize strategy.The internal control of monetary fund is an important sub project of enterprise internal control,and it is particularly important to establish and perfect the internal control of monetary funds.HD Company is an important member of the aviation engine manufacturing industry in China.In this paper according to HD Company's actual work experience,based on the enterprise internal control theory,using the case analysis research method,combined with the latest research achievements in related fields at home and abroad,with the perspective of five elements of monetary fund internal control,the author analyses the defect and its causes in HD Company's process of production and management in detail.The author draws suggestions to improve HD Company internal control of Monetary Fund,which is improving the environment of internal control of Monetary Fund,scientifically implementing of monetary fund risk assessment,improving the internal control of Monetary Fund,establishing a monetary fund information and communication platform to strengthen internal supervision of monetary fund control.By case analyzing of HD company internal control of monetary fund research conclusion,further perfect the internal control of monetary fund management for HD company,security company monetary fund safety,reduce the risk of enterprise capital and increasing the service efficiency of funds provides an efficient way to solve.At the same time,it is hoped that this case analysis can provide some reference for other domestic aviation engine manufacturers to optimize the internal control of money funds.
