Research On Rural Commercial Banks’ Financial Support For "Three Rural Issues"

In China’s socialist modernization construction,the "three rural issues" has been a very important aspect,how to effectively solve the "three rural issues",but also directly related to the full realization of a well-off society in China.To solve the "three rural issues",China’s relevant government departments also pay more attention over the years,introduced a series of supportive policies,especially in the construction of rural financial system,the rural credit cooperatives,rural commercial banks,build a richer and more complete financial system,to provide a wide range of financial service support for rural economic development.But it should be noted that,from the current development situation of China’s rural commercial bank’s point of view,there are still some serious problems,such as financial services products are single,some rural commercial bank in the "three rural" support there is still very lack,especially in financing support,many rural financing policy is not good the implementation of the China’s "three rural problems" also plays a very important role.This paper takes Yaodu rural commercial bank as an example,the rural bank financial industry to support the "three rural" issues of research,firstly describes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,then the current situation of Yaodu agricultural businesses to serve the "three rural" and analyzes the effect of financial products.Using multiple linear regression model,analyzes the influencing factors of Yaodu rural commercial bank in support of the "three rural" investments.To explore some problems existing in the Yaodu rural commercial bank to support the "three rural",introduces the successful experience of some domestic and foreign financial institutions in support of the rural regional economic development.Finally,in view of the current Yaodu rural commercial bank in support of the "three rural" problems,combined with domestic and foreign successful experience,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Have good reference for the promotion of Yaodu rural commercial bank to better support the"three rural",and for other rural commercial banks in the "three agricultural problems" will play a greater role plays a very important role.
