Research On The Development Of Rural Commercial Bank In Supporting Agriculture

Agriculture,rural areas and farmers are the foundation and lifeblood of China's economic development.Rural commercial Banks have great advantages in the scope of‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers' and provide a powerful guarantee for the development of rural economy and social harmony.However,at present,China's rural commercial Banks in the service of the ‘three rural' process,there are still many problems.How to improve the level and quality of rural commercial bank service is a big problem that must be considered and solved.In view of this,from this background,based on the perspective of ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers',this paper studies the problems exposed by rural commercial Banks in the process of serving ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmer'.Taking rural commercial bank in Poyang county of Jiangxi as an example,this paper studies the development of rural commercial Banks serving ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers' in the new situation.1)the concepts related to this study,discusses the relevant theoretical basis,including the concept of ‘three rural',rural commercial bank and its characteristics,rural commercial bank and ‘three rural' connection are defined,the main content of this paper and possible innovation points is introduced;2)taking the development of rural commercial Banks in Poyang county of Jiangxi province as an example,this paper studies the measures taken by rural commercial Banks in the process of serving the development of ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers' and the results achieved.It also studies the challenges and problems rural commercial Banks face in the reform and development of Poyang county.3)the existing problems and influencing factors in the development of rural commercial banks and the service of ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers' are analyzed,and comprehensively analyzes the influencing factors affecting the development of rural commercial Banks and the service of ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers' by using the analytic hierarchy process,laying a foundation for the development countermeasures proposed in the future.4)countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the service of rural commercial Banks for ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers',mainly including clarifying market positioning,determining development mode,innovating operation mode,exploring marketing strategy,perfecting management mechanism,implementing talent strategy,improving the overall environment of ‘agriculture,rural areas and farmers' and increasing policy input.
