Research On The Reconstruction Of Urban Villages In Jinyuan District, Taiyuan City

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's social and economic development has been rapid,people's quality of life has been significantly improved,and the level of urbanization has been further improved.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the urbanization process continues to advance,the scope of urban construction continues to expand,and the emergence of village in the city,village in the city is an inevitable product in the process of urban development,greatly improves the function of the city,and plays a very important role in urban development.From the perspective of urbanization development nationwide,it is the key for every city to transform and develop urban villages.However,due to many historical problems left over by urban villages,urban village transformation has become a difficult point in urban developmentIn this paper,the literature review method,comparative analysis method,induction and summary method are used.Based on the research of other scholars,the relevant background of urban villages is firstly analyzed and studied.Then the relevant literature at home and abroad is systematically summarized,and the relevant concepts and theories are elaborated.Secondly,through a lot of visits and field surveys of villages in jinyuan district,Taiyuan city,to understand the status quo of the reconstruction of villages in jinyuan district,Taiyuan city,the common problems of villages in each city were analyzed and studied,and the causes were analyzed deeply.Finally,combined with the actual situation and work experience,this paper puts forward some targeted countermeasures and Suggestions for the reconstruction of urban villages in jinyuan district,Taiyuan city.Through the research of this paper,it provides a useful reference for the research and practice of urban village reconstruction in jinyuan district,Taiyuan city.
