The Study On The Problems Of "Urban Villages" Reform In Developed Areas

Since the policy of the reform and opening to the outside world,the economy and urbanization level of our country has speeded up rapidly, the speed of urban expansion beyond people's expect greatly,a great amount of villages have become urban overnight. Especially some between urban and villages were urbanized, and then they become urban villages. Urban expansions break their original mode of production and lifestyle, and also change their original life orders. The rapid transform in urban villages'economic and society causes a system of problems, and they are very common in big scale urban villages reform.A system of problems happened in the development of urban villages, and the most important is the problem of urban village reform. If these problems can't be solved reasonable, it will limit the normal development of urbanization. These villages look like urban, in fact, but their social structures still embody their own characteristics. Urbanization breaks the original life orders but can't admit them into cities, so they can't keep pace with the development of urban. they are located in cities but can't integrated into cities, then they become urban villages. Therefore,it is not only impact the development of urban villages, but also influence urbanization to study urban villages.The problem of urban villages is universal, and the developed countries also experienced this problem. Although western countries have studied urban villages, but they haven't studied on China's urban villages in detail. China's urban villages are different from western countries', our country's special urbanization endow them their own characteristics. The problem of urban villages in eastern developed area and some developed area in middle and western area is obvious, this is because these areas'economy and urban expansion develops rapidly. So, it has practical significance to study the problem of urban villages in these typical areas.Taking Huangdao District of Qingdao as an example, this paper use normative analysis and empirical analysis to study the problem of urban village reform systematically in coastal developed area. This paper can be divided into five sections. In the first section, based on the generalization of domestic and abroad study on urban villages,this paper elaborate the happening background of urban villages, and put forward its study purpose and significance. In the second section, this paper define and categorize urban village after combining other people and my own research, then this paper summarize the related theories. In the third chapter, this paper study some typical urban villages reform of our country, and this paper get some useful experiences after studying the measures of these areas. In the fourth chapter, this paper take Huangdao District as an example, in this section, this paper study the problems exist in the process of urban villages reform and analyzed the reasons which caused these problems. Finally, this paper put forward some reasonable advices after studying urban villages'reform. I hope this paper can provide theoretical references for Huangdao's urban villages'reform.
