Research On Logistics Development Mode Of Shanghai FTA

Judging from the world economic development,economic globalization and regional economic integration are the main theme and objective reality of the development of the present era.They have a positive impetus to the progress of the society.Against this background,mainland China established the first free trade park in China,the China(Shanghai)Free Trade Experimental Zone,or Shanghai Free Trade Zone for short.It will take the lead in practicing the interconnection of international rules,government management,legal norms and modes of operation so as to provide a new "system test pool" for deepening the reform in our country.In this sense,Shanghai Free Trade Zone is a pilot project of reform and innovation across the country.This paper studies the mode of logistics innovation in Shanghai FTZ,mainly to find out how Shanghai FTZ will innovate and develop in the field of logistics so as to explore a mature path of universal and institutional logistics reform nationwide for promoting the reform of logistics industry development.The innovation of this paper is to use a variety of analytical methods,starting from the general theory of modern logistics,draw lessons from the theory and practice of international and domestic FTAs.Based on above and combines the actual situation of the construction of Shanghai FTZ,the status quo and development goals of logistics development in FTA are analyzed,alternative measures for logistics development mode are proposed,and decisions on alternatives are made.On the basis of expounding the article's background,purpose and meaning,researching ideas and methods,learning from the research results at home and abroad,this paper put the current situation of logistics development of free trade area for the study of the background,decision-making model by grey theory of logistics mode in Shanghai free trade was put forward.Then the strategic decision-making problems of development of logistics in Shanghai free trade zone was solved by decision-making model.Finally,according to the decision-making results,guarantee measures for the development of logistics in Shanghai free trade zone was put forward.
