Study On The Balance Of Income And Expenditure Of Liaoning Basic Medical Insurance Fund

Medical insurance,as a worldwide difficult problem,the key to the sustainable development of the system is whether the balance of the insurance fund can be realized.China's medical insurance system reform has gone through more than ten years of wind and rain process,at present in the country has initially established a basic medical insurance system with Chinese characteristics.However,with the medical insurance coverage gradual expansion,the aging trend of the population increasing and the medical expenses growing,the risk of medical insurance fund is also increasing.In order to achieve the goal of long-term development of health insurance,the most important is to continuously meet the growing basic medical insurance needs,to improve the management level of the medical insurance fund so that it can be more robust operation.This paper aims to apply the information of human resources and social security to monitor the basic medical insurance network data,to analyze the basic medical insurance fund of Liaoning Province in the whole year of 2015 and the first quarter of 2016.Through the analysising the data of the medical insurance fund's overall income and expenditure situation,the fund classification of income and expenditure,the fund income source,the fund expenditure direction,we find the basic medical insurance fund in Liaoning Province has some issues on the structural imbalance of income and expenditure and give the specific measures to deal with recommendations.
