Research On Design Process Optimization Of The Shanghai China Communications Water Transportation Design&Research Co.,Ltd.

With the development of building information model(BIM)technology in port design industry,the Shanghai china communications water transportation Design&Research Co.Ltd's productivity can be improved,but the traditional production process and the organization structure form an obstacle of the production efficiency and quality of the formation,and the current development of the port industry is not compatible.In this paper,we analyze the existing design process and structure of the Shanghai china communications water transportation Design&Research Co.,Ltd,which is based on the theory of industrial engineering and process optimization and transformation,find out the contradiction between the company's control of the productivity improvement,that is,the design of the production process and the organization structure and the problem of advanced productivity.According to the company in the future to face the form of the market and the company's future strategic positioning,technical features of BIM technology,application of process optimization and reengineering theory,to improve the company's resource utilization efficiency and the ability to enlarge production for the purpose,the optimization scheme of production process and organization structure of the company is put forward.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Analysis of the current situation and problems of the design and production process of the company,find out the existing problems of the company and the factors that restrict the production efficiency,and put forward the direction of next improvement.(2)The technical characteristics of BIM system are analyzed,and the characteristics of system information transmission based on multi professional 3D collaborative design,Explore the design and production process of the enterprise,forming a set of process design scheme which can realize the high efficiency and high quality in the modern market condition.(3)Application of process optimization and reengineering theory,design the organizational structure model which is in accordance with the design process(4)Make process change plan,the design and production process will be formed in the corresponding way in the company's daily production.In this paper,suggestions for the optimization of port design enterprises and the reform of organizational structure in the application of BIM,has a certain reference value.
