Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,small and medium-sized enterprises have become an indispensable force to promote the development of our country.Therefore,the healthy and rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become particularly important.The state also pays more and more attention to support and help small and medium-sized enterprises,such as helping small and medium-sized enterprises reduce loan difficulties and encourage people to enter small and medium-sized enterprises.Although the government has paid great attention to the talent management of small and medium-sized enterprises,the transformation of enterprises in the past two years has brought new problems and challenges to small and medium-sized enterprises.An enterprise needs smart people to grow quickly and be able to hire good people.So the quality of talent and the level the ability determine the future development of enterprises.Since 2008,Huizhou regularly helds a small and medium enterprises communication meeting,sets up small and medium-sized enterprise talent agency and public welfare,provide pre-service training and personnel escrow services for the small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,to increase the future investment of human resources development in small and medium-sized enterprise.Huizhou city will also promote incentive mechanism of innovation and recruit entrepreneurial talent every year.Huizhou,but even so,the overall quality level in small and medium-sized enterprise management personnel is not high,which become a bottleneck of restricting the further development for the small and medium-sized enterprise.The problem that how to improve the quality of the managerial talent is urgently to be solved in the small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper investigates the basic quality of management talents of small and medium-sized enterprises in Huizhou by means of interview investigation,experience analysis and literature research.It is believed that the main reasons for the low quality of managerial personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises are the lack of strategic planning of human resources and the system of human resources management,the great risks faced by talents,and the instability of high-quality managers.In the process of seeking and training talents,there are many misunderstandings and personnel policies lags behind.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the level of management talent quality of small and medium-sized enterprises in Huizhou City,the author thinks that in order to improve the quality level of management talents in Huizhou small and medium-sized enterprises,on the one hand,it is necessary to establish modern enterprises.Management mode,improve the management system of small and medium-sized enterprises,create a good corporate culture,and provide a good working environment for managers;On the other hand,to improve the quality of enterprise managers and the quality of the owners of small and medium-sized enterprises,strengthen the training of enterprise managers.Only in this way,can we effectively improve the quality of management personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises,and under the leadership of these high-quality management talents,can we lead the small and medium-sized enterprises in Huizhou City to go further and further in the future development,to be in the fierce market competition in an invincible position.
