The Selection And Application Of Performance Evaluation Method

Under the new normal economy of our country,in the changing period of the speed of economic growth?the period of structural adjustment pain and the digestion period of the early stimulus policy,in order to promote the economic development,the governments at all levels have carried out the support investment in different degrees.However,problems such as structure and performance emerged in the government's supporting investment projects are increasingly becoming the focus of attention of governments at all levels.The performance evaluation of government support investment projects can help the government to adjust the structure of the enterprise support project,improve the performance level,reflect the balance of economy and benefit,and meet the work requirements of the current national environment reform.At present,there is no uniform evaluation method for the effect of government support investment projects.In this context,through the analysis of relevant research results,the characteristics of the performance evaluation of government support investment projects are summarized,and the common financial model,balanced scorecard,free cash flow and economic value added are analyzed and compared.Finally,the BSC(the Balanced Scorecard theory)is taken as the government.In order to support the theoretical basis of investment project performance evaluation,the relevant evaluation index system is constructed,and the project of Hubei disabled employment and entrepreneurship brand base is selected as an example,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied to carry out empirical research.It is expected to have a reference for the government to support the performance evaluation of the investment projects.
