| With the rapid development of Cross-border e-commerce,more and more Chinese enterprises go abroad and began to carry out online business overseas.Inventory management has always been an indispensable and important problem in the process of modem enterprise management.Often,the level of inventory management directly determines the survival of the enterprise.This thesis takes the overseas inventory management of cross-border e-commerce company Z as the research object,and focuses on the problems of low inventory turnover rate and serious stock shortage caused by insufficient planning,poor organization and lax assessment in the inventory management of company Z,and then uses ESIA tools to improve the inventory control process from three aspects of optimizing the planning management,standardizing the replenishment execution and strengthening the inventory performance assessment.Through the comparison of quantitative indicators and non-quantitative indicators before and after the improvement,the continuous effectiveness of the improvement scheme is confirmed.The research provides an improvement scheme for inventory control under the cross-border supply chain management,and can also provide some reference for enterprises such as e-commerce company,brand merchants and traditional plants seeking transformation to improve the inventory management. |
