Production logistics is the research focus in the field of logistics.It mainly studies the logistics activities in the production process,which is the key to improving production efficiency.The petrochemical industry is the foundation of the national economy and a typical research object of production logistics.The production plan is the core content of production logistics and the basis for production logistics planning and management.It is of great significance to carry out research on the optimization of the integrated production planning of petrochemical enterprises and the development of the petrochemical industry and the optimization of production logistics.At present,there are few theoretical and computational applications to solve the problem of production planning optimization for refining and chemical integration.Based on the basis of the research group,considering the model scale and complexity,how can the optimization direction be given more quickly and the global optimization can be fully retained.Advantages,but also fit the actual production,accelerate the acquisition of the optimal solution of the integrated production and refinery production plan,is the challenge of further development of urgent needs.This paper takes the typical refining and chemical enterprises in China as the research obj ect.Based on the original model,this paper proposes to realize the linear model and replace the original nonlinearity by realizing the key parameter of the model and the actual production.The model explores the research ideas that can effectively retain the original optimization advantages of the original system and simplify the solution.Firstly,based on the analysis and research on the material flow of petrochemical production process,combined with the domestic and international status of enterprise production planning optimization research,it provides theoretical support for the research.Further analysis of the petroleum refining production process of refining and chemical enterprises,combined with the professional knowledge and concepts related to the refinery industry production plan,laid the foundation for the model construction and optimization research of the integrated production plan of refining and chemical enterprises.Then the principle and operation of the specific production device are studied,and the device yield model is constructed accordingly.At the same time,the production device is used as the unit node to analyze the material flow in the process flow.Finally,based on the full-process network model of enterprise production,the integrated production planning optimization model of the refining and chemical enterprise is constructed,and the actual production data of the refining and chemical enterprise is selected one month,and the model program is written based on the GAMS platform and the optimization solution is completed.This paper takes the logistics activities in petrochemical production as the research object,through the global optimization research of production planning,obtains the optimal distribution of production logistics,improves the utilization rate of raw materials,optimizes the product structure and the profit of enterprise production.The actual production data is selected for experiment,and the model of the same mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP)problem is solved.The global optimal solution of the refinery integrated production planning optimization model based on this transformation model is obtained.Excellent direction,basically consistent with the actual production situation,and the solution time is greatly shortened.
