Light Benzene is a by-product of the coking coal.produced in the coking process can be further finishing benzene, toluene, xylene, coumarone, solvent oil, early fractions of six fine product. Currently light benzene refined mainly three pickling method, hydrogenation, extractive distillation process path. Pickling method for low-cost, small-scale advantages to occupy a major position. Using pickling refined light benzene in China has a history of nearly40years, but still extensive the most light benzene refining enterprise production planning management, production plans rely mainly on experience to the preparation of the production managers, production organization than extensive arbitrary, serious waste of raw materials and auxiliary materials, resources, energy and other production factors has not been optimized configuration.Jinan Iron and Steel Chemical Plant benzol plant with production capacity of40,000tons of annual processing light benzene distillation column4, a straight blow the tower, otherwise sulfuric acid washing equipment, concentrated alkali washing equipment set. For such a large system, we do some research to rely only on the method of preparation of production plans of the empirical data of experience there is not detailed enough to consider the issue, reasonable, based on analysis of existing the benzol workshop production planning method, sometimes great deviation of the actual production situation and other deficiencies, caused by the practical operability of the plan can not meet production needs.This paper presents a linear programming method preparation of Jinan Iron and Steel refining plant chemical plant light benzene production plan, the establishment of the the benzol plant’s production planning model, the model took into account the production load of the production unit, auxiliary material consumption, energy consumption, and the model is solved, the solution compared the results with historical data, proved optimized method for the preparation of the feasibility and advantages of benzol production planning.
