At present,various countries and social organizations continue to strengthen their concern about the dangers of money laundering crimes and constantly emphasize the importance of anti-money laundering.At present,China's anti-money laundering system consists of regulatory agencies,financial industry,non-financial,etc.,forming a collaborative working mechanism,of which financial institutions are an important part of the anti-money laundering system.With the business scope of the corporate group finance company,the wide range of service customers,and the variety of financial products continue to increase and expand:the customer group is extended by the group members to the upstream and downstream industry chain customers,from the traditional internal funds collection to provide credit to customers,The risk of money laundering faced by financial services such as bills and online banking is also increasing.Therefore,non-bank financial institutions such as corporate group finance companies,as supplementary financial institutions of the Chinese banking system,also need to establish and improve an internal anti-money laundering control system to prevent and control money laundering transactions and improve their ability to resist money laundering risks.At present,the employees of the finance company are mostly the financial personnel of the original enterprise group,and their professional ability is lacking.Financial companies generally have problems such as lack of control in anti-money laundering,system execution in form,disconnection from business processes,insufficient refinement,poor operability,and even hard work.Therefore,this study is devoted to exploring the internal control ability of financial companies to effectively improve the company's anti-money laundering in the context of limited investment in anti-money laundering resources,in order to establish a more complete and practical anti-money laundering internal control system.This paper studies H Corporate Finance Company as the research object,and focuses on the current situation of internal control management of anti-money laundering of H Enterprise Group Finance Company,pointing out its problems in the internal control environment,internal control measures and risk monitoring system of anti-money laundering,such as:anti-money laundering Insufficient understanding of importance,insufficient investment in human resources in anti-money laundering work,insufficient communication of anti-money laundering information,lack of comprehensiveness and guidance in the internal systems of anti-money laundering work,lack of practicality of customer identification measures,and misplaced money laundering work.This paper proposes practical and feasible optimization schemes and safeguard measures for the internal control management of anti-money laundering from the aspects of internal control environment,internal control measures and anti-money laundering suspicious transaction monitoring system.(1)Anti-money laundering internal control environment.Under the relatively flat organizational structure of the original H Enterprise Group Finance Company,the anti-money laundering management work will be re-divisioned,and the organization and integration of personnel will be optimized.(2)Aspects of risk identification and assessment of money laundering.Reshape the anti-money laundering customer identification process to integrate money laundering risk control objectives with business processes.At the same time,technical means are used to optimize the anti-money laundering suspicious transaction monitoring mode to improve the effectiveness of data screening.(3)Internal control supervision.According to the content of the internal control system of anti-money laundering of H Enterprise Group Finance Company,an internal evaluation and evaluation index that meets the characteristics of the financial company is designed to facilitate monitoring of the internal control system of the organization for design defects and implementation defects.At present,many scholars have analyzed the defects and models of internal control management of commercial banks as anti-money laundering institutions,but there are few studies involving such relatively special financial institutions as group finance companies.The innovation of this paper is to draw on the research results of commercial banks'anti-money laundering internal control,and put forward targeted internal control measures based on the financial company's customer group and financial business characteristics to improve the financial company's anti-money laundering customer identification,risk assessment and suspicious transaction identification.Effectiveness.However,if the internal control of anti-money laundering is effectively integrated with the company's existing systems,the "human defense" will gradually shift to
