The country is people-oriented,the people take food as the heaven,and food takes security as the first.With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the requirements for food are becoming higher and higher,not only for nutrition,but also for safety.Food safety issues have been widely concerned because they are closely related to everyone.Many people may have nothing to say about other topics,but everyone has a personal experience of food safety issues.Whether Sanlu milk powder incident or Shuanghui lean meat powder incident,as well as the ‘plasticizer' storm,‘gelatin' yoghurt incident,‘poisonous bean sprouts' incident and the adulteration of Mesulier milk powder,food safety issues left indelible trauma to the hearts of Chinese people.Although with the continuous improvement of the country,the requirements of food safety supervision are more and more stringent,and the food safety situation has greatly improved,some mothers still talk about the color change of domestic milk powder,and the panic caused by food safety problems is not easy to eliminate.In recent years,people have paid more and more attention to food safety.Food production link is the source link of food supervision process,but also the most critical link.If we stick to the bottom line of food production link safety,we can reduce most potential food safety hazards.Food production link supervision is very important.This paper summarizes the status quo of food production chain supervision in L District of Rizhao City,finds out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes from the regulatory agencies,regulatory targets,and relevant laws and regulations.Combined with the establishment and characteristics of the current food safety regulatory agencies in the L area,the paper proposes countermeasures from four aspects: improving the safety supervision system of food production links,improving the overall management level of food production links,improving the public governance level of food safety and strengthening food safety publicity and training.Further improve the food safety supervision mechanism in the L area,solve the problem of food production chain supervision,and provide rationalization suggestions for the supervision work of food production links in the grassroots government.Starting from the reality of supervision of food production links in L district,applying some experience gained from food safety supervision,collecting relevant data through literature analysis and practical investigation,and based on publicgovernance theory,holistic governance theory and information asymmetry theory?Based on the analysis and summary of the existing problems and causes of the supervision of food production links in L district,a series of measures suitable for the supervision of food production links in L district are put forward,which can solve the practical problems of government supervision according to the theory of public management.
