Under the guidance of the national policy of resources conservation,emission reduction and circular economy,recycling and remanufacturing of used product has attracted more and more attention from enterprises,academia and consumers.Scientific and reasonable logistics network for recycling and remanufacturing of used product can greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain management for recycling and remanufacturing,which can,consequently,affect the scale and efficiency of the entire manufacturing industry.This paper makes an effective exploration of the logistics network planning model for recycling and remanufacturing of used product.The main research contents are as follows:(1)An improved nonlinear gray Bernoulli-Markov model was constructed to predict the amount of used product recovery.In view of the uncertainty of the amount of recycled used product,considering the characteristics of less historical data and large fluctuation,We smooth the original time series using the exponential smoothing method and metabolic treatment of time series is conducted based on metabolic model.The background value of Nonlinear Grey Bernoulli model(NGBM)was improved and the residual was modified by Markov model.The prediction model of recycling quantity of used product was obtained,and the accuracy and stability of the model were verified.(2)The multi-objective optimization model of used product recycling and remanufacturing logistics is established.Aiming at the multi-level supply chain network design,the closed-loop logistics supply chain network is composed of supplier,manufacturer,processing center,pretreatment center and recycling center.The capacity of recycling center and pretreatment center,manufacturer's demand and inventory of pretreatment center are considered as constraints.Mathematical model of multi-objective function of minimizing the cost of recycling and remanufacturing logistics network and minimizing the out-of-stock cost and manufacturer's inventory cost in operation cycle are established.Genetic algorithm is used to transform multi-objective optimization into single objective optimization problem through target weighting.(3)Calculation example verification and analysis.For scrap automobile products,two examples based on the non-extensible logistics facilities and the extensible logistics facilities for recycling and remanufacturing logistics network location are calculated.The validity and practicability of the logistics network location planning model for scrap product recycling and remanufacturing are further verified.
