Analysis Of Factors Affecting Rural Credit Efficiency In Zhangye City

In 2004-2019,the central "No.1 Document" focused on the "three rural issues" for 16 consecutive years and gave instructions on rural financial development.The issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” is a big issue that affects the overall situation of China ' s economic and social development,and rural finance is an important factor affecting the development of rural economy.To promote the development of rural economy in Zhangye City,we must pay attention to and develop rural finance in Zhangye City.The important indicator of measuring the degree of rural financial development depends not only on the scale of rural credit,but also on the efficiency of rural credit funds.Based on this,this paper takes the rural credit efficiency of Zhangye as the research goal,first defines the concept of rural credit efficiency,and analyzes the current situation of rural credit in Zhangye City,including the overall situation of rural credit in Zhangye City and the differentiation of rural credit in counties and districts.Describe and summarize.Secondly,the principle of Malmquist-DEA is expounded.According to the sample situation of five counties and one district in Zhangye City,the input index and output index are selected,and the rural credit efficiency of Zhangye City is analyzed from the aspects of technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Differences in rural credit efficiency among counties and districts in Zhangye City.Thirdly,combining the existing research results and the actual situation of Zhangye City,the influencing factors affecting the rural credit efficiency of Zhangye City are selected,and the panel regression model is used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of rural credit efficiency in Zhangye City.The empirical results show that the rural credit market transaction rate,per capita GDP,financial support for agriculture and rural per capita consumption have a significant impact on rural credit efficiency in Zhangye City.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the rural credit efficiency of Zhangye City,including suggestions for farmers and financial institutions,strengthening the innovation of credit products,improving the rural credit market system,and optimizing the rural financial consumption environment.
