Study On The Diversification And Performance Of XNKF

The agricultural industry itself has a natural "weakness",in China's current economic system,agricultural enterprises and strong public interest,so the production and operation of agricultural enterprises will be affected by the nature,market and policy of multiple risk.Although given a variety of agricultural industry taxation and other aspects of government support,but did not change the nature of agricultural industry of high risk and low income,so how to better development has become a serious problem faced by agricultural enterprises.From the point of view of development strategy,many agricultural enterprises choose diversification and expect to improve their performance.However,whether the diversification can improve the performance of enterprises,both the theoretical and practical circles have failed to form a unified view.The study on the effect of diversification on corporate performance of agricultural enterprises are based on empirical research data,the lack of practical significance to a certain extent,so the primary purpose and significance of the research is expected through the real case study of current enterprises to make up for this deficiency.This article uses the method of normative research and case study to analyze the impact of diversification on the performance of agricultural enterprises,so as to verify the actual effect of diversification and to seek theoretical support for it.This article from the definition of diversification,classification and degree of diversification measure,followed by the agricultural listed companies Xinjiang Talimu agriculture development CO.,Ltd(referred to as: XNKF)analysis of the diversification of the case,found that diversification significantly reduces the development of new agricultural business performance.This paper argues that the motivation of diversification from the angle of view,the main reason for this phenomenon is due to the negative positive effect of risk diversification and synergy failed to give full play to the negative effect at the same time,the agency and government intervention brought further cause.Finally,according to the analysis of the case,the author puts forward some suggestions for the diversification from the two angles of the government and the enterprise.
