Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Tax Payment Service Of Qinhuangdao IRS

With the new tax collection and administration law legalize the tax service,tax service has become a hot and difficult problem of the tax system in china.The imperfect tax service in our country has restricted the transformation of the tax authorities into service agencies and provided better services to taxpayers.Therefore,the study of tax service has important practical significance.This paper makes a systematic study of the tax service of Qinhuangdao State Taxation bureau by using literature analysis,investigation and analysis,comparative analysis and empirical research.Through the questionnaire survey found problem the tax process is streamlined enough,service consciousness is relatively backward,service level is low,the tax informationization construction is not perfect,the tax service evaluation mechanism is not perfect,the main reason is the tax service program is complex,thinking is deviation,the information construction backwardness and lack of tax staff post education.To solve these problems,must be taken to improve the tax service sector institutions,tax services,tax services and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,strengthen the tax staff education,strengthen the country land tax cooperation and other measures to carry out diversification,so as to improve and enhance the Qinhuangdao IRS tax service level and service for taxpayer.
