Along with the economic and social development and the improvement of people’sliving standards, the supermarket plays a more and more important role in the economiclife of China, and the effect is also growing. On the other hand, the consumption conceptof the Consumer also makes great changes, puts forward higher requirements to productand service, transforming the demands of the products from economic and durable intoreliable quality, from product brand awareness into product added value, and from theconformity of product standards into the applicability of the product and the servicequality and so on. The domestic consumers gradually mature, and pay more and moreattention to the added value of the product, and it also creates a new subject--customersatisfaction problem.This paper makes a study of the customer satisfaction theory, systematically analysisthe background and significance of the customer satisfaction evaluation research of thesupermarket customer, the research status of domestic and overseas, and the currentcommonly used model for testing and appraising customers’ satisfaction degree; analyzesthe basic situation of supermarket industry development in Qinhuangdao market and thedevelopment of the ugrant supermarket enterprise itself; designs a questionnaire o thesupermarket customer satisfaction, and using the SPSS21software to test thequestionnaire, and ultimately determines the questionnaire items; by means of thefield survey and research and analyzing and summarizing the collected data information ofthe ugrant supermarket, to pointing out the customer satisfaction questions of the ugrantsupermarket, And to put forward the targeted promotion strategies of the ugrantsupermarket customer satisfaction from the product, service, staff and the enterprise imageand so on.
