Analysis Of The Current Income Situation Of Rural Collective Economic Organizations In Antu County Of Jilin Province

The income of rural collective economic organizations is an essential system that distinguishes socialist system with Chinese characteristics from that of capitalist countries.Strengthening the income of rural organizations is the material basis for building a new socialist countryside,a practical measure to improve the ecological conditions of rural production and life,a prerequisite for winning the battle against poverty and accelerating the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way,and also a prerequisite for realizing it.The basic foundation stone of rural revitalization.Since 2016,the whole country has sounded the order to win the battle against poverty,Party committees and governments at all levels have invested a large number of projects and funds in rural areas.It can be said that the income of rural collective economic organizations has greatly improved.However,how to achieve sustainable development and effectively enhance hematopoietic capacity needs to further study the countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the practical significance of rural positive economic income accumulation for poverty alleviation,farmers’ income increase,agricultural efficiency increase and building a new socialist countryside,the author chooses the income situation of rural collective economic organizations as the research object,and takes the current situation of rural collective economic organizations’ income in Antu County,Yanbian Prefecture,Jilin Province,as the target,and further development potential as the target.By means of field visits and survey data,the income structure and income level of rural collective economic organizations in Antu County are comprehensively grasped,the short-board problems that restrict their development are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable income growth of rural collective economic organizations are put forward.The first chapter is the introduction.Through reading and collecting domestic and foreign experts,scholars and relevant literature and papers,and on the basis of widely recognized theory and practice,we select theories of guiding significance for rural collective economy research to support the suggestions and hypotheses put forward in this paper.The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of the concept.It clearly defines the village-level organization economy and rural collective economic organization,such as confusing words,uncommon words and professional terms,and clarifies the theoretical concept of rural collective economic organization income.Starting from the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics,starting from Marx’ s Economic Learning Theory and according to the relevant theory,the time axis is put forward successively to explain the applied theory needed in this paper.The concepts of ownership and property rights,land rent,industrial structure and "agriculture,countryside and farmers" are elaborated,and the theoretical system is used as a framework to analyze and study Antu County,Jilin Province.The third chapter is about the development of rural collective economy and income in Antu County,Jilin Province.Through the investigation and analysis of the practice,the rich villages,ordinary villages,poor income composition and income level in Antu County,Jilin Province are investigated and analyzed.The differences of funds,talents,resources and geographic areas among the villages are compared.The comparative analysis method is adopted to analyze the different types of factors such as income characteristics.Based on the analysis and comparison of the income and development situation among the selected villages,we can find out the development advantages and practices of the rich and the poor villages,and reflect on the shortcomings of the poor villages.By comparing the commonness and individuality,we can get the controllable factors affecting the development of village collective economy.Chapter IV is the part of countermeasures and suggestions:through the theoretical basis and comparative analysis,the feasible methods to promote collective economic development are obtained.Firstly,we should optimize the development environment of agricultural and rural industries,increase the support of preferential policies,increase the endogenous motivation of village-level organizations,and reduce the burden of village-level organizations,with the help of precise opportunities for poverty alleviation,so as to lay a solid foundation for the economic development of village-level organizations.Second,we should innovate ways to increase the income of rural collective economic organizations,mainly by tapping the potential of members in villages,attracting support from outside,cultivating leaders and leading enterprises to become rich,and constantly broadening the path of collective economic growth.Thirdly,we should strengthen the construction of village-level party organizations,and strive to build strong grass-roots organizations for combat readiness by selecting and strengthening the "three committees" team,strengthening the management and standardization of village cadres,and smoothing the operation mechanism of collective economy.Fourthly,we should improve the management and operation capacity of rural collective economic organizations,speed up the construction of a team of village leaders who understand,love,understand and develop rural areas,and strengthen the management and supervision of income funds,projects of rural collective economic organizations,so as to promote scientific,standardized and safe water supply,in combination with agricultural training,training of rural Party members and recruitment of
